Workhorse Virtual Coaching gives players the opportunity to continue our program wherever they might be in the country. Through their throwing program written by Coach Doole, as well as arm care routines & video analysis- players are empowered to take their career into their own hands. We will guide players every step of the way- to help them reach their pitching goals— and build a dominant, durable arm.

What’s Included:

Pitching Video Review

Every week you will submit side, rear, and front video for review and analysis by Coach Doole. Video should be game-like intensity. We will conduct a voiceover and annotation of your video discussing your disconnections and the plan to attack each of them. There will often be comps with other pro players who have similar patterns to you.

Throwing Program w/ Drill Work

One of the largest pieces of the puzzle when it comes to addressing disconnections in the throwing motion. Based on player need, your program will have either a velocity, command, or arm health emphasis. We design a complement of drills that specifically fits your needs and adjust it accordingly on a monthly basis.

Arm Care Routines

You will have access to arm care routine videos that will build soft tissue resilience and prepare your arm for the stresses of throwing. Arm care is both a pre- and post-throwing activity. We will help you design a plan to figure out which routines are best suited for you as we cycle a variety.

Drill Videos

You will receive access to our drill video library on the membership site. They will be located there for your reference and if you need guidance in the specific movements and purposes of each drill.

Coaching Calls

You will also have weekly coaching calls with Coach Doole to discuss your video review, arm care plan, recovery plan, and any other questions and concerns you may have. We also use these calls for post-game analysis, recruiting advice, and other mental game discussions. This is a great way to check in and make sure your are on the right path- and we are all on the same page.

Recovery Plan

One of the biggest components to sustained pitching success is having a great plan for recovery. We help you put together a plan with the right arm care tools, corrective mobility work, and manual therapy, to get the job done.

Corrective Exercises

Our growing library of corrective exercises will help you make sure you maintain good posture and body symmetry. Ensuring that your body has a consistent and durable structure is critical to throwing mechanics and arm health.
